BJC 2021 Community Benefit Contributions Top $915 Million

Beginning in 2021 and throughout 2022, BJC has been laying the foundation for new community health improvement collaborations, working alongside local groups to focus on environmental factors that are barriers to physical, mental and financial well-being. These initiatives build upon BJC’s continuing community benefit contributions, including charity care and financial assistance to patients, education of health professionals, safety net services, and traditional community outreach programs.
