Within your first days of employment you will begin to notice BJC employees use a lot of acronyms. Click here for a helpful list of commonly used BJC acronyms. The acronyms list is viewable via Saba. Saba is BJCs learning and development system that houses personal and professional development opportunities, talent and performance management solutions, and virtual employee communities. You must have BJC login credentials to access Saba.
