Stacy Olinger joins BJC as vice president of BJC Home Care Services

Stacy Olinger, MSN, has been named vice president of BJC Home Care Services, leading all aspects of BJC’S home health, hospice, home infusion and home medical equipment services.
 
Olinger is a nursing executive with an extensive clinical background spanning nearly 20 years, including substantial home health and hospice care experience. Most recently, Olinger served as regional director of clinical operations for EmpRes Healthcare Management in Vancouver, Wash., where she led the clinical operations of the home health and hospice division in four western states. Previously, she held progressive clinical and home care leadership roles with EvergreenHealth and EvergreenHealth Home Care Services in Kirkland, Wash. During her tenure with EvergreenHealth, Olinger regularly collaborated with Virginia Mason Hospital, one of the premier health care providers in the Pacific Northwest. Her work with the hospital included partnering to develop a nursing professional practice model.
 
Olinger earned a master of science degree in nursing at Western Governors University in Salt Lake City and a bachelor of science in nursing at the University of Alaska – Anchorage. A registered nurse, she is also certified in Lean/Six Sigma and facilitation. Olinger has served on a number of regional health care boards of directors, including as Region X director of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice, and as president of the Home Care Association of Washington. 

Olinger will join BJC June 26.
