The BJC Outpatient Center at Wentzville is conveniently located at the corner of Wentzville Pkwy. and Great Oaks Blvd. in St. Charles County. You will have access to BJC Medical Group physicians and specialists who provide extraordinary medical care for you and your family. Radiology services are provided by Progress West Hospital and offered with a physician’s order.
Convenient Care Clinic
A same day walk-in clinic offers treatments for minor illnesses and injuries for patients at the same cost as a primary care visit. Vaccinations, school or sports physicals and COVID-19 testing is available.

Laboratory Testing
If a provider located at the BJC Outpatient Center at Wentzville orders a lab test for their patient, this will be completed and/or coordinated in conjunction with their appointment. Patients should check their instructions from the referring physician in case special preparation prior such as fasting, avoiding certain foods, or stopping the use of tobacco products is required.
