BJC Medical Group Convenient Care at O'Fallon offers same-day care so you can get back to feeling better faster. Our providers care for minor illnesses and injuries for adults and children. Emergency rooms are not always the best choice when you need immediate, minor health care, and sometimes, seeing your primary care physician or specialist just won’t work in your schedule. Plus, your co-pay is often the same as a primary care visit, which is often less expensive than a visit to an urgent care or emergency room visit.
