Ray leads all facets of the team’s preconstruction efforts to ensure seamless, client-focused design phase services. His attention to detail enables him to work closely with the design team to provide feedback and evaluate, develop and implement effective constructible solutions.

As a dedicated builder, Ralph is focused on leading the development and implementation of the Project Specific Inclusion Plan (PSIP) for minority-and women-owned businesses, as well as helping minority-and women-owned business establish closer relationships with large contractors for the Phase 3 Tower of the Washington University Medical Center Campus Renewal project.
