New temporary location: Hospital east entrance (located near the emergency department)
New permanent location: Hospital main entrance (located on the north side)
When the new hospital opens, the east entrance of the hospital at the emergency department will serve as the patient/visitor entrance for approximately nine months.
The concierge/guest services information desk will be located inside the entry (guests will not need to walk through the emergency department) to direct patients, families and visitors to their destinations, including registration, radiology, pre-surgical testing and inpatient rooms.
